The noise insulation is dreadfully poor between rooms!!! The absence of elevators means long walks with luggage, which is quite inconvenient !!!

i had a lovely stay at the link. the staff gave me a warm welcome, and the room was super clean. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the location is great, perfect for catching a match on sky sports, and the bar area had a nice vibe. overall, a pleasant experience!

too many children running around, which spoiled the relaxing atmosphere.

Just a fine choice for a weekend adventure in Loughborough with good value for price. The breakfast was a buffet and I found it to be of excellent quality. Don't rely on the postcode for navigation or you'll get lost.

Rooms come equipped with large, spacious layouts featuring modern furniture. The breakfast buffet impresses with its variety and quality, making mornings more enjoyable.

The Classic Twin Room lacked proper air conditioning, which turned into an uncomfortable night, especially after inquiring and receiving no fan. The beds were equipped with narrow duvets and inconveniently placed sockets, causing minor annoyance. Plus, the noise from creaky floors and conversations in nearby rooms can disrupt one's peace, and the dated bathrooms could benefit from a shower-only option instead of the bulky bathtubs.

we stayed at link for one night and the staff were lovely and friendly. they even accommodated us in the restaurant despite our late arrival. the location was great, and the breakfast was delicious, which we really appreciated.
